Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

We ship globally. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply depending on your local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.

Customized or made-to-order rugs may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
